Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading any product from this website (the "Service"), operated by Interactive Studio Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

We sell digital content, including but not limited to voice recordings and digital illustrations ("Products"), for download following successful payment.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with third parties
• Upload the Product to other marketplaces or file-sharing services
• Claim authorship of the Product
• Use the Product for commercial purposes without separate written permission

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with us or our licensors (e.g., the original voice actor or illustrator).

Prices are displayed in USD and, where supported, converted to your local currency by our payment provider at checkout. Payment is processed immediately upon completing checkout via Stripe or KOMOJU.

Digital Products are made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Download links are time-limited and subject to a maximum number of downloads, as shown at checkout.

As our Products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law (for example, in the case of a defective or non-functioning file).

For consumers located in the EU/EEA or UK: under the Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK law), you would ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that (a) delivery will begin immediately upon payment confirmation, and (b) you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once download begins. This consent is captured via a required checkbox at checkout before payment can be completed.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful activity, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to circumvent our download or payment systems.

The Service and Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction, mandatory local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract will still apply to you notwithstanding this clause, and you may retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
